Henriette Steffensen Copenhagen was founded in 2003 by Current owner and Chief Designer. Henriette Steffensen grew up on the west coast of Jutland in Denmark – wind in her hair, quiet pine forests and heather filled heaths – and not least the powerful North Sea with its endless horizon. Two annual collections deliver a confident and exciting choice of fabrics with classic colors – and as ever few carefully selected surprising elements. From the onset she trusted her creative instinct and always gets her inspiration from art, architecture, nature and her great enthusiasm for materials and surfaces. The clothes is very verable and the design takes it start in the women body. The clothes must be tryed on to fully understand the idea of the design.
